The Brunch of All Brunches
Our actual wedding was super tiny (4 guests), but a few weeks later had a party in my hometown which was really a full town affair. No less than 8 families contributed coolers, lawn games, decorations, and food to the events. The whole thing also confirmed to me that the moms of Hanover really know how to throw a brunch. These are the photos I took before everyone arrived. Obviously once people started pouring in, I put down my camera. :)
Naturally, I focused on the flowers in the photos. Partially because I love them and also because I was trying to stay out of the kitchen where the food was being managed. This bar set up was incredibly cute. The pear went with mimosas and the tablecloth was actually an old quilt! The lemons and limes around the Bloody Mary cooler were so cute, I'll definitely repeat that decoration somewhere at a later date.
The flower arrangements were done by a family member, which made them even more special! Fun fact: Lilacs are the state flower of New Hampshire.
Brothers... am I right?
